At styloshopping.com, you can choose to pay thru your VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS Credit Card, VISA, MASTER, MAESTRO Debit Card, a wide range of NET-BANKING Options and CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) on selected products & Selected Postal Codes provided by our Shipping Patners.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We at styloshopping.com cancel orders under the following circumstances:-

 

An order may be cancelled if information provided by a customer is found incomplete. The customer will be notified within 24-72 hours in such an event. It will be the customer’s responsibility to furnish correct information and re-place the order within 48 hours.

Styloshopping in some cases cannot accept orders and the reserve the right to refuse / cancel the same at its sole discretion due to many reserve like Quantity limitations, errors in product specifications or pricing or anything suspicious about the order which we identify for not accepting the order. We can also ask for more information for accepting the order in certain cases. We would timely update the customer in case the order is fully or partially cancelled or for seeking any other details for accepting the order.

 

Our Customers can cancel the orders under following circumstances:-

Styloshopping gives its Customers right to cancel their order  until it has been processed in our warehouse / vendor partner and before “Ready to Ship” status by logging on to your account and requesting for a cancellation. All prepaid orders will receive their money back in 3-7 working days after confermation of order cancellation. If you had made a “Cash on Delivery”, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for your order.

If you have made your payment using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or net banking and would like a refund to your bank account, please get in touch with our Customer Care team. 

 

Any address/ point of reach modifications

You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (shipped) it, by contacting our Customer Care team at [email protected] or calling at +91 9099969993.


 

REFUNDS :

Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, debit-card, net-banking etc)  will require a handling & processing fee of 0% of your total purchase price, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. If wrong product is by mistake dispatched, you will be reimbursed with our standard shipping fee of 100 INR towards the shipping charges for domestic shipping the item back to us. Once the item is received to us, we will ship the original product at no extra cost.

·    Refunds will be processed within approximately 48  Business Hours after we receive your return in original condition only.

·    Original shipping charges are refundable. Return Shipping charges Customer will Handle at their End.

You, the customer, will be liable for all return shipments and courier charges.
