We have 7 days return policy in which On 8th-day of delivery date or after that, request will not be accepted for exchange or return. (Informing time must be within 4 days of receiving the product.)
To return/exchange a product, simply email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your registered email id, mention your order id & name. Wait for reply up to 1 working hour, Email is a mandatory process for exchange or return & refund of the product.

A) How do you get an exchange?
** Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is available only for exchange and on selected locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
* Please Note Reverse Pick-up only available for “EXCHANGE PRODUCTS”. After reverse pickup, if decision changed from exchange to return & refund then ₹200 per product will be charged as a reverse pickup handling charges.
* Once product Is Exchanged, Second timely request for exchange or refund will not be accepted.
* In case of order where reverse pickup service not available by our courier partner, customers can self-ship the items to Our Address. In this case, a complimentary coupon code equal to Rs.100 will be issued for future Purchase.
B) How do you return & get a refund?
** Self-ship: You will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us. For all self-shipped returns, a complimentary coupon code equal to Rs.100 will be issued for future Purchase.
C) In case you received a damaged, defective, wrong product, or less quantity then order, the company should be notified via email or by calling customer care within 48 hours of delivery. We might request you to share snap-shot at email@example.com
* We will arrange a reverse pickup once for an exchange only. Its mandatory & customers duty to take a manifest sign copy from pickup boy with name and mobile number. Once pickup has done just share the screenshot of the manifest via the same email. If pickup not done within the given time on email please notify us by replying the same email. Any reverse shipment charges other than the one time will be borne by the customer.
* In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to styloshopping.com. In this case, a complimentary coupon code equal to Rs. 100 will be issued for future Purchase.
* In case you choose return & refund then the product must be shipped from your end through any nearby courier. Once shipped, Please share tracking details on same email and bank details.
* Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
* Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service or INDIA POST(Speed-Post).
